  • New clients wanting a haircut can book online for the new client/change service at a time that works for you. This service includes a wash and style.

  • All new clients and existing clients wanting a change will need to book an initial consultation. This booking requires a $50 deposit which can be deducted from your future application booking or redeemed with product purchase. At the consultation appointment your stylist will go through your hair history, make a plan for what you’ll create together and recommend home hair care to prepare your hair and maintain the integrity of your hair colour at home. Please come along to your consultation with your hair clean and dried naturally and bring along any inspo pics you have.

  • We sure can. Part of our job is being able to distill ideas and feelings into a cohesive concept and design for your hair. If you are not ready to book but want to chat to a stylist - you can book a consultation and we can go through some references, see and feel your hair in person, work out what you like and what you don’t so the plan is clear before your service booking. For those who are a little anxious coming to the hairdresser, this is a great way to prepare and feel at ease before committing to anything. The consultation requires a $50 booking fee which can be deducted from your service bill or redeemed in product purchase.

  • We hope your appointment with us will be relaxing. We value agency and consent. We have simplified our menu so that the price of your service is clear before you get the bill so that you can sit stress free knowing and consenting to the investment for your stunning new hair.

    If you are having a trim, its a maintenance service, if you are changing your style or are a new client its a change service.

    If you are a returning client looking to maintain your existing colour, you can book the appropriate package for you. All packages include a haircut bonding treatment and style. All highlight packages include toning. The colour packages are all inclusive and so that is the only service you need to book online.

    If you are wanting a change or you are a new client we will quote you based on time and our hourly rate at your consultation booking.

  • Arrive with cleanish hair dried naturally so we can see how your hair moves and make a plan that will suit you. Please bring along any reference images you feel inspired by and if you don’t have any we can find some for you. Please come alone to your appointment if you don’t require a care person - we are a small studio with limited space.

  • You come here to feel relaxed while we tend to your hair.
    You come for stylists who are experienced, attentive, and present.
    For stylists that offer ideas and solutions and can problem solve.
    You come for a style that evolves between your appointments so that you can return when you feel like it.

  • We take a $50 deposit for all bookings.

    This will be deducted from your service bill on the day and is to secure your booking.

    We require 48 hours notice on any rescheduling or cancellations. If the appointment need be cancelled or rescheduled within this 48 hour period the deposit will be forfeited.

    Outside of the 48 hour window the appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled online. The deposit will be converted to credit for your next booking or can be refunded. If you would like a refund, please reach out to us directly via email as this will not happen automatically on the account of our booking software.

    Deposits for consultations are non refundable and can be redeemed with product purchase.

    Deposits for services may be refunded if 48 hours notice is given and you reach out to us via email as we have to manually refund it.

  • We offer all things haircutting and colouring. We offer bonding treatments and mineral cleansing treatments. Highlights, global colour, gloss, balayage, panel colouring, blonde, brunette and ginger hair contouring, blow waves and styling.
    We don’t do perms, extensions, bridal hair or keratin straightening services.

  • We offer one complimentary fringe trim within 10 weeks of your initial haircut appointment with the stylist who cut your hair. We only offer this service at 9:45am on the day your stylist is working. This service is not able to be booked online so please reach out to us via email to book. If it has been more than 10 weeks since your last booking you will not be able to book this service as the shape will have grown and needs to be refreshed to incorporate the fringe. this ensures the quality of our work.

  • We use original mineral hair colour. It is as clean as it gets, Australian owned, ppd and ammonia free.

    We stock Virtue labs haircare, it is a US brand that has been clinically tested, is cruelty free and makes a proven difference to the quality of your hair.

    We also stock Riggs styling products for our textured and curly clients - in our opinion, nothing compares, its memory without the crunch, hydrating and has a special kind of matte sheen.

  • Our hair salon is located in Fitzroy, on Brunswick street which is notoriously terrible for parking so we recommend making other plans for big appointments.
    There is paid and unpaid 2 hour parking on Brunswick Street.
    There are 4 hour paid parking on Palmer st if you enter via nicholson (entry via Brunswick Street is a dead end)
    There is paid parking in the museum but it’s quite exxy.
    Also there’s the coles paid parking on smith street.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your appointment we request a $50 booking fee, which can be deducted from your service bill or held on your profile for your next appointment. You are able to make changes to your appointment online 48 hours prior to the appointment time.

Any cancellations or changes made within this 48 hour window will forfeit the booking fee. We are a small business and our stylists are freelancers, and late cancellations can have a huge impact. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in regard to our cancellation policy.

If you would like to cancel outside of the 48 hour window, please send us an email in regard to your booking fee as it will not be automatically refunded.
